Participating in a event similar to a Gumball rally? It’s called PureRally and they are doing an East Coast event July 22-25. Not sure if spaces are filled up for this year or not but it is $450 a person.

I’ve been wanting to do one of these rallies, not as crazy ones, for a few years. Waiting to be a bit more settled to be able to plan for it.

I would roadkill the hell out of this rally... Wonder if the ‘71 C-10 that my friend and I dragged out of his grandparents farm in Indiana would make it Ct-Dc-Canada-Boston...

That sounds like fun. Shame I’m on the west coast and don’t have an interesting car. :(
Have you had time to install your SGT section 1?

No should be getting it Friday my SGT diffuser was supposed to arrive today but didn’t :(
It doesn’t look like they are too picky about cars which is why I am interested. Hopefully they’ll do one next year too, when my car should be more heavily modified.

I just found out about it and it seems like most of the spots are filled. I hope they do one next year.

Nice. What mods do you have planned? Any CSL or Schrick cams?

If the matrix wasn't being sold by the end of the month and me having more money, yes I'd go.

I will pay $50 of the entry fee to anyone who enters a Toyota Echo.

By next year I hope to have the exterior mods finished (CSL trunk and CSL one piece lip) and maybe if money and parts are plentiful a CSL intake. My goal for this year is to finish off the exhaust with the Status Gruppe SCZA muffler and redo my entire suspension with a Bilstein PSS10 kit w/ Turner camber plates, Turner camber arms, Rogue engineering RSMs, Turner subframe kit, Turner Rtab limiters, all new OEM bushings, new Fcabs, and maybe Turner sway bars.

Awesome. Pretty close to what I would do to an e46 M3. I think I’m confident in saying the SGT muffler is my favorite sounding one of the options available. Bassy but a tiny bit of that characteristic rasp left. Any reason why you decided on the Bilsteins over KW?

My indy is who recommended them as a street/track coil over. He said Bilstein has shown the most consistent quality of any manufacturer at that price point and they really stand behind their product. He said if budget was unlimited then he’d recommend Ohlins or JRZ’s.
